Chase cannot take responsibility for their own hardware failure, and as such, those that work to make their money and bank through them are to pay the price. Guess I learned my lesson.
Absolutely terrible experience.
When your ATM fails to accept my cash deposit, of which I FILE A DISPUTE CONCERNING HARDWARE FAILURE that VERY SAME DAY, and then it turns out that apparently the machine did NOT have any faults with the hardware, and that MY MONEY was NOT INSIDE of the machine even though it clearly locked up and would not accept cash deposits because of a malfunction, it's suddenly me who is paying the price as you drop my account into the negative in a supposed "FALSE CLAIM", removing any previous credit as the investigation ensues, then claim there was nothing wrong to begin with. This ATM is terrible in every sense of the word.
