Probably one of the worst car washes I have ever used and I am not one that expects the automatic wash to clean a vehicle (most will not) However when the functions in the self serve bays , don't work , hoses going to the brush, or spray gun leak from lack of maintenance Then the product selected doesn't even come out of the hoses? Really! Not even soap! Every wash bay had a maintenance issue, that prevented a customer from receiving a product that they purchased. If you can't keep the place operating or even functioning properly, then close it down. Don't take folks money and like the other reviews have said take the "call for problems" phone number down as no one will answer. Instead post signs that say deposit money at your risk.
Never the best wash in town, but as far as I know..it’s the only one in town. The dryers aren’t the best and it misses quite a bit. Today I learned that there are newer options, yet of course more expensive..up to $10. Today I paid for the $7 option, only for the things to soap my vehicle once and then just keep running water on my van for 15 minutes..back and forth back and forth. I was about to leave while it was going (figured it was a glitch) and then it just froze..no drying. No “drive” light..just froze.
They have also raised the price on the vacuum.
Machine ate my money, called the number on the door numerous times and was ignored. Left a message asking to have someone call me about getting my money back and never got a call back. Do not go here.
I recommend anyone needing the services of a car wash in Charlestown use the one at HWY 3 and HWY 403 @ light. Great Car wash, been there for years and is very well maintained. So on a sunny day and you want to wash the truck, just wait in line at the Charlestown Car Wash. (There is a reason why there is not anyone in line at the one on HWY 62.
When the auto wash takes your money you cant get whole of anyone for a refund
Absolute garbage, the foam brush only had half the brissles left on it and no foam came out! Couldn't see the time left on the machine and it doesn't beep when your time is low.
I won’t be back.
