Quality of care by attending NP was great, there was no wait time and i got right in. My problem came afterwards. The antibiotic I was on was making me extremely ill. I hadn't taken enough of it to totally clear up the infection. I tried for 2 days to get a response. I spoke to the girl at check in. I called and left messages. Never heard back from anyone and my infection came back. Highly doubt I will use this place again.
Went on a Saturday,waited an hour to hear about all the things going around illness wise, $89 later told to take over the counter medicine. On Thursday, still wasn’t feeling well at all, called explained that severe cough, headache and ear pain keeping me up at night. They called in 3 scripts for cough and said told you the cough would start and it will last about a month?! Well none of the medicine prescribed so far have touched my symptoms....called today and told them that I feel the same as I did when I originally came in and now I am 100% sure it has went into a sinus infection...instead of just giving me an antibiotic to kick this stuff...I was told I would need to come back and pay another $89 visit fee! I’ve already spent $200 to treat this infection and they want to charge me again for the same thing I was seen for that they never treated?! I won’t recommend or use this particular clinic ever again
