Great experience from check-in to check-out. Showed up without a reservation in the middle of the night and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful. Exceptionally clean hotel, and not just for the price point. It was clean by ANY standard. The owner/staff obviously care about the hotel. The two women who checked us out were extremely polite and patient as well. (Unfortunately didn't get their names). Also, as someone who usually rolls my eyes at "free hot breakfast", THE FOOD WAS ACTUALLY GOOD! Something tells me that the Ramada down the street doesn't have Belgian Waffles for breakfast.
The room we had was very clean and quiet. We only stayed one night and didn't use any of the amenities but we had a very comfortable night's rest.
I love this little hotel! Friendly staff, super clean and stylish rooms fully stocked with all the amenities. Indoor pool; super hot breakfast; cozy lobby; easiest key card entry system ever. Just Everything you could think of to make for a great stay. We'd love to go back just for a get away.
The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel itself is a little quirky. It has a very tight double door entrance. This can be a little tricky getting a cart with your luggage through. It's a two story hotel with no elevator. I'm not sure how they got away with that. Rooms are clean and nice.
The hotel was clean and looked great inside and out. The Jacuzzi had some soapy residue from the last person that was there, bit that's just nitpicking. 9/10
