Repeat customer. Called 3hrs ahead and made arrangements for trip to airport. Paul arrived right on time and drove us safely and on time. Courteous, prompt, and good conversation plus very reasonable flat rate vs common carriers. Will definitely call again.... just plan ahead and save.
Made arrangements weeks in advance and called two days prior to confirm scheduled service. I got a text from his girlfriend the day of the scheduled service notifying me he was in the hospital & had been for 2 days. I'm sorry he is ill but I should have been notified the day he was hospitalized so I could make alternative arrangements. From reading other reviews, I do not think this was the first time this has happened.
We set up a ride with him last night because of a very important meeting today. He took our address, name, and all that jazz. Well 9 AM rolled around and he never showed. We call him and he forgot! What kind of professional taxi service forgets?! Do not recommend at all. Now we're scrambling to find a ride.
Called this clown nearly 24hrs in advance to arrange a pick up and delivery to the airport. Here it is 45 mins PAST the time we agreed on and uber is on the way. Won't answer calls or texts.
